Neuromechanical Innovations announces record sales, creation
of new jobs, and new one-day seminar format
featuring clinical and business training

CHANDLER, AZ, June 15, 2010: The world’s number one provider of chiropractic adjusting instruments – Neuromechanical Innovations -- announced record sales in first quarter 2010, and are on pace to expand by over 30 percent this year. Based on its growth, the company has added five new employees this year and also announced its plans to add additional customer support and manufacturing positions to manage the demand for its products.

Neuromechanical Innovations is the manufacturer of the UL Listed® Impulse® and Impulse iQ® Adjusting Instruments that are in use in over 6,000 chiropractic offices throughout the United States and around the world.

Additional customer relations and implementation specialists ensure quality training and support The company reported that it is continuing to add new customer relations specialists, training and support personnel for implementation to account for a growing customer base, as well as to enhance existing customers’ experience. “Our vision of transforming chiropractic practices to incorporate the Impulse family of adjusting instruments has become a reality as our market share continues to grow,” said Neuromechanical Innovations’ Founder and CEO, Christopher J. Colloca, DC. “We consider ourselves extremely fortunate that in a challenging economy, we’re continuing to add new members to the Neuromechanical team. I’m also very proud that our products are made in the USA, right in our own manufacturing facility in Chandler, Arizona. We recognize the need to take care of new customers, while at the same time continuing to provide excellent service to our existing clients. The addition of new team members offers us the opportunity to provide even more products and services into the growing market, helping to ensure that our doctors are leaders in the chiropractic community.”

Boardroom business training aimed at helping doctors expand their instrument adjusting niche in their communities Dr. Colloca added that Neuromechanical Innovations will offer boardroom business training at its ten nationwide seminars this fall. The one-day course provides office systems and procedures, communication skills enhancement, marketing techniques, and business strategies for its clients to experience more growth and success in the instrument adjusting niche. “Our new business track will complement and supplement our clinical track, and in the same way continue our company’s motto of over-delivery to our doctors by providing all of the tools necessary for success - not only their practice and business - but more importantly in their life,” noted Colloca. “A key element to the success is that we’ve limited the size of the boardroom business training classes to 25 doctors, and therefore provided the environment to maximize and balance the delivery of content with the much needed and desired advantage of personal touch. We believe that this approach will cause their practices to fire on all cylinders,” he added.

New one-day seminar format with optional Sunday hands-on clinical training workshop Beginning this Fall, Neuromechanical Innovations will also offer one-day Saturday-only seminars with a choice of Clinical or Business training tracks. The Clinical track features Impulse Adjusting Technique™ clinical training including lecture and hands-on practical sessions. An optional Sunday morning hands-on clinical training workshop will ensure attendees desiring to master their clinical Impulse Adjusting skills will have ample time with our instructors.

The business training will be in the boardroom where the day will be dedicated to the focus on strategic marketing, practice management, with an emphasis on growth and expansion. “We took the time to survey our doctors and found that they wanted more hands-on training to be able to implement the techniques that they’ve learned immediately. We listened and we delivered by offering a full morning on Sunday’s at our courses where the doctors can get all the hands-on experience that they desire,” said Team Neuromechanical Lead Instructor, Dr. Jim Gudgel.

“I’m excited about our growth and the future of Neuromechanical Innovations and how we will help our customers take their practice to the next level with Impulse Adjusting,” said Colloca. “The company has grown exponentially each year since its inception thanks to our strong team of employees and instructor corps. The changes to our seminar training format – including offering both clinical and business training tracks as well as a hands-on clinical training workshop – were created the old-fashioned way, by listening to our customers and providing exactly what they wanted. We are absolutely confident that these changes will poise us for even more growth in 2010 and beyond.”
